If you lived in the desert and had no idea what a watch was and you found a watch in the desert, You wouldn't know how it got there, you wouldn't know why it is there, you wouldn't know the purpose of it being there, you would believe that it is there by pure chance and just so happens to work even though the design is very complex. I would believe that because of the complexity and design of the watch that there had to be a intelligent designer behind it.
