Interesting you brought up butterflies. I have not cracked the code on butterfly yet. It is on my to do list after I wrap up my day trading tasks.The difference is, I learned from some your posts and threads. A couple of years ago you opened a thread about butterflies and understanding destriero, from that thread I read lot of history here and my knowledge improved.
Most of us are here to learn, we shouldn't play like we know it all.
I don't mind wxy, but when statements and show off start, I feel like I am watching someone on YouTube showing off a supercar and saying he makes money everyday on Forex working 10min a day...
Simple Like Me went from "I can't make money trading, but one day I will, whatever it takes" to "I have a profitable algo to sell you"....
The wonder of ET is the explosion and exchange of ideas. The right way to benefit from ET is not asking/looking for the "secret source" but carefully study trading principles posted by ETers and develop your own "secret source" using those principles.
Usually the poster had no idea he triggered an "a-ha" moment enabling someone to move to the next level. For example, @volpri's real time trade demos inspired me to change my trade entry criteria, increased the success rate even though I am not trading 1+ tick or know how his traded.
The two "dips" look similar, what happened?

The dip was cause by I a loss I took.
I was in a long trade Wednesday or Thursday , and was starting to lose a lot of money I did not like, so I can close the trade for a loss.
If I am in a trade and I am losing alot of money, and I feel price will not go back in my favor so I can get the win, I just close the trade for a loss.

No, I do not place a stop loss. I enter the trade when I feel like, and I exit the trade whenever I feel like it.
I do not have rules, or setups or none of that bullshit fancy stuff. I do not back test, journal, read trading books, research stuff or non of that stuff.
I just make money.
ES went up 400 points since dip in middle of Jan alone.
With 100 contracts, that is 2 million.
Oh well, another opportunity lost for the MASTER of the ES.
