I wouldve fought long and hard to at least get them to absorb half the loss.....

I also use my main computer for trading, and have had no issues whatsoever. But once Windows 7 comes out, I do plan on buying a new computer, and only use it for trading.

I agree. They suck at answering the phones too. I've got Ninja running as a second data feed and am looking to open an account with someone like Mirus or Amp.
