Let me be President with enough influence in Congress to reform the tax code (make it Flat or VAT) and I'll be happy. I'd also eliminate capital gains & dividend taxes, so my trading buddies could really have a party! :D

So it's all about money and your quality of life, or your enjoyment of what you do to make your money is irrelevant? You would shovel horse shit and break your back for 8 hours a day if you could make 7 figures?

I think I would like to be a hedge fund manager.

-- unlimited upside potential
-- be your own boss
-- pick where to work from
-- outsource as much or as little as you want
-- involves lots of different skills and tasks
-- good mix of quantitative and interpersonal work
