Some do including free donuts and cookies...not joking. Some will even bring in caters for special events...eat all you want before the food is thrown out after the event is closed.
Maybe there was a limit like 2 sandwiches per employee and he instead took 3.

What about all those people in California with jobs > 100k, right out of college but can only afford to live in their car ?
Rent is too high (unaffordable housing) plus their student loan payments. Many choose to live in their car, take showers at work or sleep on a friends sofa at the friends home.
