Actually, he is dead serious and right on. Many "officials" have all but told us this attack is imminent (sp).
Biden stated that he GUARANTEED Obama would be tested with a "generated crisis." There was a even a McCain TV ad that stated "it doesn't have to happen" using Biden's own voice.
Others, most notably Colin Powell has claimed that there will be a crisis on the 21st or 22nd of January.
Madelin Bitchface Albright has made statements like this. So has Gordon Brown.
