That's not how it works with today's social media. It's called propaganda and conspiracy theories that are a favorite tool of weaponization against the American public. If it doesn't work...radicals probably will be more involved.
In my opinion, the 34x felony convictions wouldn't do it, especially with Trump's continued public announcement that it will be successfully appealed so that he'll be successful in raising money along with taking every opportunity he has to increase his popularity on the heels of his conspiracy theory lies about his prosecution.
It works for Trump and he's a master at it...his popularity grows...it worked for Hitler too. Yet, Hitler was very successful (popularity soared) in his revenge against his political opponents after a failed coup that left him wounded and a short-term prison sentence.
Simply, we're still in the eye of the storm. Things could change after the RNC convention depending upon whether Trump focuses on defeating Biden and RFK or focuses on getting revenge against those he thinks are out to get him. The latter would weaponize his rhetoric and send a signal to the crazies in his supporters.
Regardless, most political pundits are watching the July 11th sentencing date. In my opinion, so are any radicals considering others have already spent time in prison for Trump. It would seem very odd (lenient on Trump) if he didn't spend a little time behind bars when others did spend time behind bars or have taken plea deals to testify against Trump in the other remaining three criminal cases just so that they can avoid jail time.
As I mentioned to you before, I expect shit to hit the fan this fall especially when the Democrats put on their boots after the DNC in Chicago although Chicago itself will be calm outside protestors about Israel/Hamas.
Thus, Biden will need to be careful in his rhetoric too because there are radicals on the left just like radicals on the right for Trump...crazies that think politics is the only thing to sustain their life and they're rebuilding but being carefully watched.
So far, we've only seen one crazy ignite himself on fire but he was a different type of radical that was disgusted with Trump. Biden and the government. Many out there too like him.
