Agreed, it's an unfortunate situation. I started posting some pretty decent trading ideas recently as I got busier on this after Covid. I try to see Baron's point of view but "Corky5" and "Ayn Rand" took it to another level and now it's a feeding frenzy of racism.

I may just take a break from the site.

putting them on ignore forces them to open another account as no one responds to them. I tried reporting lately but seems like they won't take action anymore because they're walking on the fringes to stay "in the rules". Trump has had a direct negative impact on Canada at times, has destabilized the world on some levels, and I have inlaws and more recently my daughter living in the US. I couldn't care less about American politics my posts address topics not focused on either American party. Trump is an idiot on a human level that transcends politics.

Well we all have our opinions I guess. Some think Trump is saving the US from crap like illegal aliens invading, China taking advantage of us in trade, and dozens of other things like socialism, Marxism, the list goes on. Reminds me of all the people that used to complain about Howard Stern when he was on terrestrial radio. For decades people would call his show and say, "I cannot stand your show, you are disgusting and sexist etc etc blah."

Now they have an "America first" t-shirt. A funny thing about this is it looks rather a lot like the Nazi symbol. Two countries with eagles though.. Except that for exactly this reason to differentiate the iconography President Truman actually mandated that the American eagle look to the right, in an executive order following World War II. The American Eagle wings sweep up.. Talons, shield.

I honestly don't buy it. We've had eagle insignias for a long ass time. This logo reminds me of the silver dollar more than anything
