If the FBI finds nothing on Kavanaugh, will democrats vote for him

The Republicans failed to follow there constitutional duty to give garland a vote, they could have voted NO and been within there constitutional rights but failed to uphold the constitution so why honor them at all. They all swore an oath to uphold the constitution but failed in there duty to America.

Where in the Constitution does it say that a nominee is entitled to a floor vote?

Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution states that the President “shall nominate, and by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, shall appoint ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, judges of the Supreme Court, and all other officers of the United States, whose appointments are not herein otherwise … If republicans want to say they support the constitution perhaps they could do some work. They are the government and can choose NOT to work, which is what they have all been doing for a long time, which is why we're falling apart. So if Dems don't want to vote for Nafta or even show up its all ok because we will just continue paying them $3500 bucks per week for a whole lot of nothing. If Dems take back the senate then your logic is they can ignore Trump for two years, just great, a bunch of old rich men doing nothing and getting paid. What is this a jobs program for rich folks? Get some work done, geez. But since they don't have to work cuz the constitution doesn't say they do, then can we not pay them and fund there pensions? If the dems take the house and senate then I gotta freaking listen to all this crap for two freaking years and then the dems can put Debbie Wasserman Shultz on the supreme court, geez.

Since all this was written hundreds of years ago do I really need the advice of people who have put America in debt to $21 trillion and seek there consent? I'm saying no, its time to do away with this process since the Supreme Court has taken upon itself unenumerated powers making it more important than it ought to be so its high time we started Electing the justices just as we would any other duly elected official. Life time appointments have got to go.
