I dont think he has spectacular failures .

I prefer the current situation rather then still haveing over 150,000 troops in Iraq and being at war with Iran and N Korea

An improvement to be sure but the 50,000 still there are doing exactly the same thing as the 150,000 were.
and being at war with Iran and N Korea
