There are instances where there is police abuse and those ones need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Like Officer Amber Guyger, police officer who mistook her neighbor's apartment as her own and shot her black neighbor eating ice cream. Officer Derek Chauvin who had his knee on George Floyd's neck even when he was already handcuffed and two other officers on his back. There is one more where a black man ran away as the police officer was about to arrest him. He fired his taser and missed. Next, he shot the black man in the back when he could have easily, chased him, tackled him as he was unarmed.
Now, on the flipside, justifiable homicide of police forced to kill because of the black suspect's actions. That Officer Garrett Rolfe, in Atlanta forced to shoot Rayshard Brooks after he fought 2 police officers, seriously injured one resulting in a head contussion, used the taser on officers and was running, then, turned to face Officer Rolfe and fire the taser at him. A taser is a deadly weapon and can induce a heart attack and death on the spot if used incorrectly. Officer Darren Wilson in Ferguson, Missouri where he shot Michael Brown after he resisted arrest. Michael Brown was caught on video manhandling a small Asian store clerk. He was bashing Officer Darren Wilson's head to the pavement, resulting in serious injury to his head, neck and shoulders. President Barack Obama had the audacity to send Eric Holder down to Ferguson, Missouri to try and throw the book at Officer Darren Wilson. He did not find any reason to charge Wilson. Most shootings are justified if you looked at the facts before jumping to conclusions. There are a few cases where they are not. Those are the only ones that should be prosecuted.
