What is the worst case scenerio for a civil war in iraq. Iran invasion of the north to stop the kurds. The country being a haven for islamist radicals. Destabilizing teh entire region. Or america being force to accept hundreads of thosands of refugees.

its already happening no matter what they call it. just lots of death, expense, and American hatred.

We are well into this cycle.

No Iran invasion, refugees, or Jeb. Florida Bush doesn't want the job. Neither does Condi Rice for that matter.
