If I defined God as...

If I defined God as totality, would you say God then exists by that definition?

If there is a GOd then he exists. If he exists then he can be defined. If he can be defined then God has limit. If God has limit then he is not totality.

Wicked :D

"Titality..."

Fake word games, as expected...

Titality (LOL that's what you are) ..Totality has totality, and it is totality.... so God can't be.

Get that treadmill gif out of your toy cupboard. You're in it.:p

You're the one playing word games throwing various definitions against the wall in vain attempt to find one just ONE that might stick :D

ok up to here...
"But that returns to a more refined definition of Totality. If it is a self-referential synonym for God, then it must by it's own definition be true.

I did say..... "therefore "totality is God" would not be true , even if it could be at all true, perhaps in some sub context."

" a more refined definition of Totality" is a sub context.

God cannot be totality... because it's totality that is whatever totality is.

My point was - the premise starts with a conclusion. That is equating the word Totality with God.

Totality could be replaced with "Omniverse". The existence of a multi-dimensional Omniverse does not imply the Omniverse has independent consciousness above the existence of consciousness in it's separate parts.

So - it is back to the refined definition of Totality - maybe even what your definition of God is.

If you feel that an Omniverse "being" without "thinking" is sufficient to use the word God, then you could attribute Omniverse as synonymous to God also, though that would not be a traditional approach.

Only one definition, totality...

Unlimited is the nature of totality...

The vanity is in you son, not in anything I am doing...
