Why you ask? Because "Diversity" doesn't get along with each other. One reason why the USA is so messed up. Believe it or not. The world is diverse and it doesn't get along with each other either.

The federal gov't is now trying to apply affirmative action to the position of air traffic controller and has purged their applicant waiting list of between 2000 and 3500 names. Presumably because they weren't the race the gov't wanted. Someone who was purged has filed a class action suit against the gov't.
In 1991 a program was set up to educate and test people to become air traffic controllers. Approximated 12% of the people entering the education part were black. So what's the problem? The article doesn't say but I can only presume that after the testing, the blacks didn't make the cut. And so the gov't has decided to scrap the whole thing and make sure there are black air traffic controllers. They couldn't pass the tests so lets get them in some other way. Doesn't that make you feel safe?
So when the guy sued, gov't lawyers claimed 'sovereign immunity'. This means 'the king can do no wrong'. But that argument has already been shot down by the supreme court, including trying to use it when promoting race based programs.

1. WRONG about "stronger together". If this statement were true, the Amish would be importing muslims and all others... but they don't. Countries have BORDERS FOR A REASON!
2. Governments are dividing us along many fronts. One of the divisors is "stronger together". They know that's a lie, but sell it to the stupid sheeple.
I agree. We should take Trumpers and the other bigoted isolationists and ship them somewhere. Maybe Somalia where they won't have to pay taxes.
We should take the bigoted, politically-correct club liberals and ship them to some place more aligned with their principles like Canada where they can pay very high taxes. Or maybe ship them to some place aligned with their typical results like Detroit.
But then they would band together, work hard, and build a modern society. After which the current residents of Somalia would claim they were excluded and taken advantage of by the white devils. The white devils then begin to feel guilt at their hard won success, which of course starts the cycle over.
At which time some random dude in Somalia says "We should take <politician>'s supporters and ship them to some shithole country like the USA." Which has long ago turned into said shithole after the flight of previous generations of devils.
They're determined to turn this country into a hellhole.
