This is why Elon was fined by SEC. SEC should have fined him much more, and at higher amount. Then he will learn how to keep his mouth shut.

IIRC, that is when he floated the false idea that he was going private at $420 per share or something? That's not the same as mentioning he is thinking of selling some of his stock. Anyone see the SEC filing of him showing his intent of this?

You don't have the facts,

Read the facts.

He was charged then with fraud.

No fraud basis here.

He can speak his mind so long as no fraud.

I have NO position in TSLA ******

however I was trading it up until this week ****

Big mouth EM and his oversized ego
So far it sounds like a victim mentality, but, what can you do,-

move on & forget, or

apply for the job at SEC & change the things.

Mini revolution at wbets, could help as well, highly doubt tho.

Geez, I can't believe that was 3 years ago. It seemed to me in memory that is was up to 2 years ago maximum. I still remember the tweet I saw, in my head, but 3 years? Man, where is the time going.

Covid. We fell back a year. Or did we spring ahead?

Any, covid has destroyed the sense of time for many of us I believe.
