Quite right, threads become what they will, but i most certainly did read the entire thread, i was largely supporting arnies comments about AA, and while it has some merit that many addicts are, in effect, trying to get closer to "god"(see 9 inch nails, the band)-largely due to the inhumanity and ignorance of their fellow man-its equally true they may be just as happy if that CAUSAL factor had never entered their lives, and may be living a blithe, marvellous pc life like yourself.

Chemical addiction, the height of humanity? You are shitting me, right? Im quite certain, chemical dependancy in most forms is in very large part, the consequence of the lack of humanity, by and large, among the human throng of these fascist apes that have taken over the planet.

Please correct me if im wrong here, but didnt you state you had never experienced any kind of addiction?

As has been pointed out, this thread is not about Reardens personal circumstances, and while he may have tried "15 " different doctors, thats probably the problem-you arent going to find anything particularly miraculous amongst the realm of medicine, you have to step way outside that.

Are you starting to understand what I'm getting at? This pillow biting gerbil-stuffer probably <b>does not actually believe in the AA/NA cult</b>, but only pretends to do so- <b>because he knows that it is wrong</b>. The creature will passionately advocate the dead-wrong side of <b>any</b> issue, and do so for hours on end, because the only way it can achieve mental and sexual satisfaction is by pissing off good people to the point of anguish.

Knowing all of this, why do I let this demon-spawn bother me so much? Well, actually, I don't. What bothers me is how most good people here are somehow unable to see the Z game for what it really is, no matter how many times people like myself & hapaboy try explaining it to you!

I guess you feel you need a self defense, because you feel you are being attacked.

All part of the expected response from THE ADDICT when you suggest recovery, rather than self medication and continued denial of the real problem.

Anyone who has ever participated in an intervention knows exactly how an addict will respond when the suggestion that their drug of choice be taken away, and that they have a problem that self medication is not treating.

For me this is purely a clinical observational process.

You are filled with emotion about this, I feel none. As much as you want to be special in your addiction, you are just another soul like all of us who is up against something that is more powerful than your mind or will.

Looks like you have some renewed energy to fight your imagined beast, can't be from sufficient sleep though.

Perhaps paranoia is another of your symptoms.
