They don't shoot rockets from inside residences and most of the casualties occurred before Israel had anyone on the ground to shoot at. So much for precision bombs, they are destroying apartment buildings to force population transfer.

The Hamas rocket launching sites are located right next to residences, schools, mosques and hospitals -- many times 10 feet or less away from the building. Rockets have also been fired from Hamas from the roofs of buildings. All of this is documented in pictures and videos.
