Not sure what is meant by trash talking, but here's a picture of the ES today. Which way was the trend? Which way did the money flow with relative ease?

Trade the trend, period. There are days in which trend bias changes two - four times between the bells. This was not one of those.

Agreed! Picture is worth a thousand words today, not to mention a thousand dollars....easy. If they were all like today I'd be walking in tall cotton.

LOL, the trash talking was refering to all the other stuff on the thread austinp, jeez these guys really have to leave that 9/11 stuff ALONE!

And the memorable quote was:

"the principle tendency of a body in motion staying in motion for awhile ...", basic Newtonian physics.

While reality may be more complicated than that, trading isn't (please Bigbadazz, don't say anything) .

We get these days 2 or 3 times a week in the ES ... if you can isolate them and only trade when all the ducks are lining up, you could be.
