Let me rephrase that. Because "majority rules" in this case 51% vs 49% should the majority rule? Pretty slim margin. This slim margin doesn't tell us much.

Oth, California ballot said no to gay marriage by a majority, yet you didn't ask the gays to move out of the country. You should though, don't ya think?
