Anyway Nasstassia keeps telling me about Vietnam. I told her to find some ETF's and see what they hold in their portfolio's. I told her I want an individual company, no etf bs. She comes back with two Brit operations. Go figure, wasn't that place a Brit colony at one point? Everywhere else was.

It's a little rookie-ish but I'm proud of the girls' efforts to appease GBA's front office.
They gave me a chart and two separate ETF's with their holdings.

I wrote last summer down in the ETF forum here Vietnam was the place to be.

Bro, I'm not saying it won't spike, but they are trying to make a story stock (via the spac/ipo/whatever) out of a company that's competes in a sector where PE's of the MOST PROFITABLE live at 7.

I'm not going to go on here but look at the best of breed.

Look at where SHW or EXP trade. Yes its not the same product, but its close enough.

These companies make money... A PROFIT.... and trade at a price to sales around 3. And that's when we are in a bull market.

AND... they pay a dividend.

Stoney I appreciate you trying to be all Peter Lynch and all, yeah your deck needs rebuilt and lifetime decking made out of recycled pop-bottles sounds cool af....

.... but dude.... look at the sector. Look up the PE's of the company's that make money and supply building materials to HD and Lowes. Look at their price to sales ratios.

These are big time cyclicals... and yes, maybe their time has come.... but both TREX and AZEK are overpriced as F.
