Poultry stocks on watch after Chick-fil-A lawsuit

  • Chick-fil-A fires off a lawsuit against chicken suppliers Tyson Farms(NYSE:TSN), Perdue Farms, Pilgrim's Pride(NASDAQ:PPC), Sanderson Farms(NASDAQ:SAFM)and others.
  • The suit alleges the group coordinated to artificially raise prices on billions of dollars of its purchases by sharing bidding and pricing details. As a result, Chick-fil-A maintains it overpaid for chicken supplies.
  • Separately, the DOJ has indicted ten industry executives in separate cases this year and several suppliers have faced lawsuits alleging conspiracy to inflate broiler chicken prices from grocers, retailers and consumers.
 
I was thinking about Skillz (FEAC) and how those games really pale compared with Glue Mobile a stk that has been around now along time. Maybe GLUU deserves a look. The are similar.

Opportunity
The three titles shown below will continue to enjoy strong bookings. Furthermore, increased smartphone usage in light of the shutdown and work-from-home will drive subscriptions and in-game eCommerce shopping for those titles.

2021 Outlook
Glu Mobile forecast flat to low single-digit annual growth. But the preliminary forecast did not include the planned launch of four original titles in 2021. If Crowdstar Moments, Table & Taste, Deer Hunter World, and Tap Sports Fishing post strong bookings, then GLUU stock will trade above $10.00

As we understand it: a company has to be trading for $1 and over 1 mil shares vol to be bought at gummybear and we agree with that... So, we must get this company to $1.
