I'm getting a lot of pushback on my sale of Trane. Why? it was up people are rotating into these type of stocks... I know it was a source of funds move. I feel empty inside. The thing is we are in that season when downgrades do start coming and just one of those will take a good bit off our rally. Probably a mistake.

This expansion will be conducted in phases... This is where I started getting suspicious...
The initial completed phase has expanded capacity so that laboratory operations now enable the company to process approximately one million molecular tests per annum.
ENZ does not disclose the price or reimbursement it will get for conducting molecular testing. However, we can get an idea from LabCorp's website:
LabCorp will accept reimbursement at 100% of the CMS 2020 National Limitation Amount (NLA) for LabCorp 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), NAA test (test number: 139900), which is now $100.00. The list price for COVID-19 serological antibody testing is $42.13."
This suggests that ENZ could potentially generate $100 million ($100*1 million/year capacity) in revenue per year just by doing molecular COVID-19 testing.

This is a really interesting question Jesse because it gets at where we are in this recovery phase. My read on the market is some of these stocks in tech pulled forward earnings... they didn't add more earnings-- stay at home trend stocks I think may do worse than deep recovey plays like food...
So Container store is a great idea and people are working out of their containers I guess but this is a pull forward situation....

NTLA @$23 near 52 week high... but do a 5 year search-- stock has gone nowhere.... That can be a bad thing could indicate a stinker but that can also be a good thing now with so much good news in the sector and with them bringing their products along why would a holder from 2016 give up now? It's actually some downside protection.

Over the years I've taken these false hopes in stride but I've always been thinking there must be a way to turn this to my advantage. It does happen alot.
So for example ZYNE is a stock I have known forever they do a patch which gives you THC. I have no idea what they are up to lately but I started looking into it and kept running into ZYME which is one of the absolute hottest bios' right now...
So before I even get too into the ZYNE research and their FDA approvals...'m telling you all-- you can cut to the chase and just buy the other one- ZYME.
