I blew another stock watch situation folks I'm so sorry APPS. It's up huge in the aftermarket and right here on my desk is an old note about it-- I've known about this stock for too long to have missed this $4 pop. I've had a lot on my mind.

I actually have made a bunch of bonehead moves: Selling GNRC & SE too quickly; holding another name too long; maybe selling Grow Gen too quickly... Not getting into APPS before their earnings. I sold out of The YETI cooler idea... I whiffed on CHGG the at home education play after researching it for a month and I sold Malibu Boats when Trump went Tariff crazy against China they make parts there only to have boating become the next hot stay at home craze...

Mistakes I have made a few! If I hadn't made you all so much damn money I would seriously consider firing myself.

Couple things here Stoney....

1) Oppenheimer was the lead underwriter in that last offering

2) "We have granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 5,250,000 of shares of common stock from us at the public offering price less the underwriting discounts and commissions, and on the same terms and conditions as set forth above, for 30 days after the date of this prospectus."

3) So they have till July 23rd to act.

4)"We have granted the underwriters an option to purchase additional shares for the purpose of covering over-allotments. This option, which is exercisable for up to 30 days after the date of this prospectus, permits the underwriters to purchase a maximum of additional shares of common stock from us. If the underwriters exercise all or part of this option, they will purchase shares of common stock covered by the option at the public offering price that appears on the cover page of this prospectus"

5) That price is $7.10 (the date of the filing)

6) I think... not 100% sure... but they might have a 90 day lockup from June 23rd if they do buy those 5MM shares. So September 23rd.

7) It looks like that one operation (Gotham Green Fund) has finally sold all or most of their shares. That's good, it was holding the price below $7. Now keep an eye on Merridia Capital, they own like 12%. They might be holding though.

It'll be interesting to see if Oppenheimer buys these shares. Watch for a 13-g filing. If they do, expect the big pump. I'd take $8 if you can get it, unless the volume picks up and the momentum players jump in on press releases. Lots of insider options can be exercised in late October. You can bet they'll sell them.

Ha ha ha... you know about Baron too. I thought I was the only one who knew who the man with the master key was. I do read everything you write of course it just seems lately I have been forgetting a bit. I think this is because the Covid pot intake is 3X normal.

About the thread count it's 15,000+ and the only other competitor is NurseBee who has used a " Tesla "post to get there--- why don't you just post I'm setting myself on fire watch. I mean obviously I give much better content... NurseBee I'm a bit ticked with, she used to be very nice to me in the old days... I remember giving her quite a few good ideas. I say Her because that is what I remember the "vibe" was, although of course men can be nurses. Why NurseBee has not shouted out a Biotech idea in these pages is unknown to me.

Lets get past page count... I mean not a lot of people can create 60 interesting pages... but lets get into these " likes " I freely admit I have never liked someone and I have never followed someone these terms seem degrading to me... so I understand. I do like the simple thumbs up.. on Facebook or is it twitter I don't know but indicating that you have enjoyed a thread & the authors hard work and effort without attaching oneself to the author that seems like a good idea.

After all the years all the work done for free, all the lessons taught, all my best stock ideas given away for free and I have 44 likes. I'm a big conspiracy guy... So you see my thread is never on the most read list although I have the most reads... Yea that's ok who looks for these things.. But now my likes have been frozen at 44 (Baron?) while I have nailed all of these stock picks there must be two dozen great ideas we have given out and profited from and honestly... what?- 2 losers if that... WHO ELSE HAS THAT HIT RATIO? WHO ELSE BRINGS THE ALPHA?... If you day trade and you see my watch lists what do you notice?.. They all have SECOND LEGS; THEY ALL OPEN SLOWLY AND LET YOU IN AND THEY ALL MAKE YOU MONEY. Why? What is it about my special system that allows me to filter through the unreliable, the reversals and the failed break outs-- what is it...

When I see the type of sloppy analyst work that I have seen lately... with analysts VASTLY increasing price targets just because the stock has proven them wrong...-Enphase Energy price target raised to $100 from $48 at H.C. Wainwright » HC come on..... One of our early give outs- GNRC has gone up over $70!!!!!! Yes $70 profit per share (if I had held) and Now--> Generac upgraded to Buy from Neutral at BofA 06:06 GNRC... Now you go to a buy.... My experience is this chasing performance, when the supposedly grounded in reality analysts start doing it leads to trouble.

I only have one idea today. Arbus. If you can remember these guys won a patent ruling against Modrna and the stock went up a lot. It has since lost all of that. Sexy money is long -gone but in my mind this is a stock we watch and pounce on at some point IF we come to believe Moderna will be successful. So it's a bet on two companies really.

Pretty, pretty interesting... The author timed the release because yesterday the stk stopped a skid and ended up 11%. Today it will add another 5% on the open....

Price Summery))) Stk originally went from $3-$7 on news of the IP win & promptly slid back to the original break out point when folks realized no payment was coming right away. And now has turned up before this Friday's earnings...

Developing.... The ugly duckling then would then be NTLA.... And last CRSP stock! This might be a quick ride to $24.

Yeah if you have a well stoney, no electricity = no water.
Plus, I don't know if the house has a basement, or if its high or low regarding the water table or how it sits on the land, but if you have a sump pump... same thing as the well. Your basement will flood.
