Here's my reasoning on AVTR. I believe it was Arnie but someone here who does TA said:is that a cup and handle or a double top? Well when the business flow is working in your favor-- vaccine roll out it's hard for me to come up with a scenario in which this is a double top for a stock that is right in the mix of all of this science breakthrough and rush to market.

Is this going to sky rocket No. Is it going over $33 yes.~si
