Cars.com upgraded to Buy from Hold at Craig-Hallum

Cars.com upgraded to Buy from Neutral at B. Riley Securities 07:22 CARS B. Riley Securities analyst Lee Krowl upgraded Cars.com to Buy from Neutral with a price target of $11, up from $9. Recent data points highlight a recovery in consumer auto demand, offset by persistent new and used inventory headwinds, Krowl tells investors in a research note. The analyst upgrades Cars.com following the company's preliminary Q3 results that saw better than expected net dealer growth and $48M in proactive debt repayments. His prior Neutral stance was predicated on dealer retention and leverage issues, "both of which saw notable improvements" during Q3.

Is this the introduction of new tech in a grand way. ? Putting flights in danger this could come with a slew of charges! So there must be a bigger reason... But what is it?

Nokia, Google Cloud sign strategic collaboration for digital infrastructure 09:08 NOK, GOOG, GOOGL Nokia (NOK) and Google Cloud (GOOG, GOOGL) announced a five-year strategic collaboration that will see Nokia migrate its on-premise IT infrastructure onto Google Cloud. Nokia will migrate its data centers and servers around the world, as well as various software applications, onto Google Cloud infrastructure.

Potentially this puts the Data REIT centers under the microscope... can Google Cloud handle all of that info.. I would of said no... but Nokia is the first to take the plunge and they will be saving so much on the back side if it works... I could see a sector meltdown...

If Twilio ($TWLO) drops to between $310 and $312 at the bell (use $311 pre-market)... take it long for the ride to $325.
Put a $309 stop under it though just in case.
 
When Boxlight Corporation BOXL announced the buyout of Sahara Presentation Systems PLC for $94.9 million. The deal price includes $66.7 million cash and $28.2 million in preffered stocks.">Boxlight Corporation got more interesting.

The company’s shares have gained 49.5% year to date against 4.5% decline of the industry it belongs to.

WHAT TO DO! I admit I am frozen. But I see no upside from here-
Earnings were supposed to be so great. I'm not feeling it.
The last good number is going to be the GDP whenever that comes out. It will be a ridiculously high number.
But today's set up is BAD!

So here I am full of gains.... if you sell you pay taxes but those taxes may be larger the year after... Multiply me by several thousands or hundreds of thousands... EVERY SINGLE WARNING LIGHT SHOULD BE FLASHING!!!!-> This could tip us into the tax loss sell moment... Xcept there are no losses... These options that have been coming from the far east... they will make folks sell I bet. But will they sell the option and buy the stock? <--I think so... Or sell the stock and flip the option direction to bearish. If you had a huge portfolio of tech stocks incubating you would think the effort will always be to defend them even as your parent company blows up-- Lets watch SOFTBANK.

& it may be someone else I'm just guessing...
 
Here we are on Page 180 and it's still interesting. Somehow. HGEN was up 18% yesterday after I highlighted it no one said thank you or good job.... So I'm guessing the overall number of stocks is just too large. But is this my fault?

Boy I cannot wait to see Cramer... He is such an absolute fool. After going to 50% cash he piled back in and did a flip flop on the market only to see this.. So now Jimmy will try and defend his actions by talking down this correction. These slimy finance guys- it's always the same routine it's either I'm so smart I sold everything already or it's I'm putting cash to work while your sweating or it's don't worry be happy. It's never the truth it seems.
