According to the story, the merger would be with blank-check company Stable Road Capital (NASDAQ:SRACU), which came public late last year.

Based in Santa Clara, CA, Momentus offers "last mile delivery" service for spacecraft via its Vigoride, a transfer vehicle that helps deliver satellites from a rocket to a certain orbit.

Vigoride is set to get its first mission this year, scheduled to launch on a SpaceX Falcon Rocket (SPACE) in December.

Ping Identity acquires ShoCard

Ping Identity (NYSE:PING) announces the acquisition of ShoCard. Financial terms were not disclosed.

ShoCard allows users to collect and store personal identity information on their phone and then unlock and share that information using facial or fingerprint biometrics.

The technology will be integrated into the Ping Platform and made available to all Ping customers as a new model for privacy and customer engagement.

The acquisition marks a significant step towards its vision of providing users with more control over their privacy, while reducing fraud and streamlining user interactions with companies.
 
Sonos, Logitech shares fall after Apple pulls audio products from stores

Sonos (NASDAQ:SONO) shares are currently down 5.6% on the news that Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) has stopped selling headphones and wireless speakers from rivals as the tech giant preps to launch new audio products, including its first Apple-branded over-ear headphones.

Bloomberg checks showed that the rival products disappeared from Apple's online store at the end of September. Retail store employees said they were recently told to remove the products from shelves.

The removals also included headphones and speakers from Bose and Logitech's (LOGI -5.7%) Ultimate Ears brand speakers.

The removals could act as a confirmation of Apple's audio plans. Six years ago, the company stopped selling Fitbit wearables soon after announcing the Apple Watch.

On September 30, 2019, we entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement (the "Solos Purchase Agreement") with Solos Technology Limited ("Solos Technology"). Pursuant to the Solos Purchase Agreement, we sold and licensed to Solos Technology certain assets of our SolosTM ("Solos") product line and WhisperTM Audio ("Whisper") technology. As consideration for the transaction, we received 1,172,000 common shares representing a 20.0% equity stake in Solos Technology's parent company, Solos Incorporation ("Solos Inc."). Our 20.0% equity stake will be maintained until Solos Inc. has raised a total of $7.5 million in equity financing, after which we will have to participate in future equity offerings
