Vuzix reports on Clorox deployment of M400 Smart Glasses 13:32 VUZI, CLX Vuzix (VUZI) announced that Clorox (CLX) has "successfully deployed Vuzix M400 Smart Glasses equipped with Atheer software to address operational challenges brought upon by the global COVID-19 pandemic." Paul Travers, President and CEO at Vuzix, said: "Vuzix is excited to see our M400 Smart Glasses being utilized by Clorox to not only help them operate effectively during the global pandemic but also reduce costs and time spent performing tasks. Atheer is a long-term partner that continues to provide productivity and collaboration solutions on Vuzix Smart Glasses to enterprise customers. Vuzi eh? You must of been looking around when the Google Glasses came out-- Boy were they UGLY and CREEPY... Guy scan just see girls naked on those even as they stare right at them pretending to take phone calls. A few guys i saw chased out of the park wearing them geeky Indian guys and that's it fad over. Pornography killed the Google Glass.

... But alas the idea of ' smart ' glasses did not go away. And VUZI it seems pivoted just enough into medical and other (Clorox) to stay relevant. This company reminds me of Microvision which I have talked about a few times MVIS a small pen that projected a movie on the back of your airplane seat... a pen projector! I thought it was a great idea it failed But somehow they are still around as well... I could go on Immersion IMMR I'm going off the top of my head that was heptic touch-- stuff like when the remote from your Playstation Maddon buzzes.... Still around..
Which brings me I guess to KOPN. Kopin Recent Purchase Of Ideas For Now portfolio. They too were one of these small tech stks of the past that has hung around by adapting. KOPN does interesting screen stuff and eyepieces and night vision and other AR type stuff...

Could Apple swallow up one or more of these? Or just use the technology in their AR phones?
Well I think Apple is developing their own pair of glasses so that's not good news for Vuzi... but my bet is that they will incorporate Kopin in their phone. i have never heard anyone say that, it's just my guess.

Vuzix (VUZI+7.7%) announced the recent granting of a series of patents and patents pending, focused on wearable computer and augmented reality smart glasses.

In the past 3 years, the company's patent portfolio has grown from 90 patents and patents pending to 166 across a range of IP including waveguides with holographic optics, laser and micro LED display integration and fashion forward industrial designs.

When those warrants are exercised Van will the stk price also be $5.25?

Ok so from my point of view these pervy glasses are a lot better looking than the Google glass was... I would wear those and not feel like a cyber borg. cyborg.

These other ones have that wonky cyborg look but LOOK what you can do cooking Van...
