I was just getting ready to look at LimeLight too... or whatever its called.
What was the news on them on 7/23 and 7/24? Talk about a friggin volume spike. They went $2 to $9 in a day. Now they're back in the $2's....In at @$2.85 2000-- VAN YOU IN!

Of course Moderna could suddenly win but my sense is it's going the other way and the monied up Bio is just going to have to pay. I'm not a lawyer but it's easier to just pay off these guys or give them a royalty which would be very large. That's how I see it and that's got to happen kind of soon...
so we are talking upside of $10 on my view/// $5 in the pros'view and with this good news on another front today-I think a bottom is in and the law suit is a lottery ticket with no real downside it's all upside...

I'm in for 1K shares @2.90Of course Moderna could suddenly win but my sense is it's going the other way and the monied up Bio is just going to have to pay. Here we have a race to a vaccine with a company moving very quickly with a looming problem-- they don't own the patent to a vital part of their product...
Even at the extremely low price of $12 a vax or so.... Moderna stands to make over 1B in 2021 sales>

-- Here's a fun kicker. We now have a very nice drug in the pipeline for Hep B! And we could get a partnership for that drug. And the company uses RNAi tech.
Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. discovers and develops RNA-targeted therapeutics in the United States I would bet they are interested in ABUS and they could use an injection of excitement in their stk.
... And Moderna is not the only company going the DNA rout... I believe both INO & NVAX are DNA based and-- just throwing this game theory out... What if everyone is abusing The '069 patent which covers lipid formulations for nucleic acid delivery.<-- That sounds very general and applicable to others.
