Idea: use ShortSelling only

@Quanto

Why are you writing the names of the various strategies you are discussing without spaces in between the words?

ShortCall

LongPut

ShortSelling

CoveredCall

WTF, Dude.

That's not normal writing in any English-speaking country.

Do you think these phrases somehow acquire some sort of magic power, or a different meaning, when you run them all together like that?

Or do you just think it's somehow cool?

It's not cool. it's weird.

Are you using some sort of software, or computer code, or a book, or a website, that expresses the terms that way?

You're not writing code, man. Just speak/write normal English. What you are doing looks ridiculous.

ShutUpQuantoIsAGenius.

He prolly looked up FairPut™, and decided to adapt that style as his own. But he could also be the originator of that term, and is playing stupid. We may never know.

Can you explain what you are talking about and referring about?
IMO you are totally off-topic. Could it be that you have posted in the wrong thread? :)

In php that's a common way to name variables.

Thx, seems to be a good result, indeed.
I hadn't time yet to code the Wheel Strategy for my test environment, but it's on my TODO list.

I added the double dip scenario (selling a put while selling a call) to my sheet and it appears to improve income by about double in most cases. Daily expirations perform better than weekly.

The only hiccup I can see, is the elevated premium tanking...but I'm assuming I'd get the premium somewhere else so kind of a push. Still good results though if I adjust premium to the historical volatility average. It would require more capital however.

Well, I'm 84 years old and not very bright, but I understood the words.
