NOK requested binding arbitration in regards to royalty payments was the story from Briefing.com--just a guess, but I don't think NOK wants to up the ante, lol.

Opened a short position yesterday morning, made a quick 25%. Pretty sweet. Haven't closed it yet though, could give a lot of that back. *shrug*

Good work! I was watching IDCC for band violation. It violated the band all right ... I'm down a good bit. I didn't have a good vibe on this plunge (didn't hear the news), so I only traded a half lot. Thank god I did that and I also had a great week last week so this hasn't effected the equity curve an awful lot.
