you are almost there

it seems that sourceforge is acting up. I got the same message but after several tries I was able to start the application.

PS you may want to update your Java install, the current WebStart is version 1.2

I got the same message but after several tries I was able to start the application."== not here (20 times)

after new version of Java WebStar installed no more error message but IBTrader doesn't want to start up. Also I noticed after every attempt of startup in task manager I get one more Java.exe so after 10 attempts 10 Java.exe in it.

any suggestions

if you are seeing Java processes, that means they started (but window will not be shown, unless there is a connection to TWS)

did you check the "Enable ActiveX and Socket Clients"?

if you are seeing Java processes, that means they started===so it means program installed and should work as soon TWS get started.
