Has anyone tried TWS + charting (like Quotetracker, Sierra Chart etc.) together on it for trading

not sure where you planning to put "charts" and how many, but- as i said above-TWS works just fine.

I use Quotetracker and TWS - will have only one chart in Quotetracker.

Are you running TWS on XP Home (as that is what these netbooks come with) or did you need to upgrade to XP Professional.

TWS is very lightweight unlike NinjaTrader so you should have no problems at all running it on even a modest netbook.

not for me. TWS fits perfectly on that small screen. but i have netbook as a backup, not like primary trading PC.
the only issue i have is that when you open some window(like settings or something)-the OK,cancel or whatever buttons are below screen. you have to move the window up or down to press on those buttons. it's just one of many things that needs to be fixed in TWS
