H H2O Jun 19, 2003 #3 When using brackets, STOP orders are used. Stop orders are held on IB's server because GLOBEX only accepts STOP-LIMIT orders. I requested (and so did DEF) to change the default stop order into stop-limit but so far this hasn't been changed. Hope this helps
