The TICK is back too. (I think). At least it was. Now (7pm Eastern), TWS cannot connect to the IB server for log in. Fails with "Connection Error". Fortunately I am flat.
Looks like the login servers are down. I cannot log in to Account Management via the IB Website too. New kind of excitement.
