IB's to use for retail @ FXCM

Will be opening with FXCM soon. And for those with FXCM...whether you like them or not ;)...who would you recommend to use as an IB to get rebates back (that is the approach I am going to take and am looking for rec's).

Someone had told me that $7.50/turn was reasonable but can't remember where at. Is that true, and who do you use for rebates? Thanks!
