IB's SIPC protection for acct

I understrand SIPC protects cash and securities upto 500K USD and (uplimit 100K USD in cash).

Does that mean if have 200K of unused fund and 100K in future or spot fx contract, in case of bankruptcy, only half (100K) of my unused fund is protected by SIPC?
