$0.005/share should be all inclusive (i.e., including SEC/NASD fees) as the PR news mentions. It doesn't say anything about the minimum. It may or may not still be at least $1. I guess it still might be $1 minimum. The IB representative told me to contact them on Wednesday to know more.
