Not really. If they went out at 33 they risk breaking the ipo price, so that relatively small sum is just to keep the market stable.

On its way to 100, we dont want to scare the holders.

take a look at the nmx ipo. hit 150 that day. won't see that # for the 6-12 months...

this IPO was a partial cashout for the founder. this isn't google.
