on nasdaq on a day trade ... sorry IB staff ... I have confidence
in your brokerage but not in long term trades
as I usually scalp or spread

Atleast you didn't lose money I am sure there is some poor bastard out there who went long at 33.75 on the intial spike
 
I sold half my position at the opening price of 33, and dumped the rest at 33 when the price sagged after the open.

I still thinks it goes higher, but I don't do swing trades.

get real . these guys are not fools like the usual public co, they know the game, and weren't going to leave millions on the table so you flipper geeks could make a fast buck.

Actually, they left $120,000,000 on the table by giving a 10% discount to the $33 real auction price.
