GLOBEX is reconsidering some aspects of this " Excessive Message " fee model and appear to have postponed the implementation date until 1. August 2005. Accordingly, IB will also delay the implementation of order submission/cancellation fees fro GLOBEX products.
 
CME Globex Messaging Policy Update

In June CME increased the messaging threshold from 1,000 to 3,000 messages per trading session per product group. In addition, to incorporate modifications based on customer feedback, the surcharge phase of the CME Globex Messaging Policy has been postponed to October 1, 2005. Further details will be available soon.
