IB - Why Do I Always Give Up 1/2 Cent?

IB - I use limit orders exclusively, both on the long and short side.

Would you please explain why my fills are ALWAYS at least a half penny less than my limit order?

For example, just filled this morning SHORT DECK. The sell limit was 35.32, but you filled me at 35.315.

Where is the extra half cent?

This now happens consistently.

And what ever happened to price improvement from my broker?

That is the avg price appearing on TWS.

that includes the commission I think. look in the "Trades" blotter to see your actual transaction prices.
