IB white label partners

We want to open an account with IB - not with them directly, but with one of their white label partners - not one of the IBs of IB. Although we are prepared to pay higher fees, it still should qualify as a low-cost solution.

Can anybody name me such a broker or could Def kindly name me one by board-mail?
