IB WebTrader - Options with multiple legs

How can I enter options with multiple legs?

I could not find any way to enter the same using WebTrader. Is it only available with TWS?

yes, don't use webtrader it's only for emergencies.

The proxy at work does not connect for TWS; Guess port 4000 is blocked.
