ib watchlist grey fin instruments col?

Hi all
I just set up a watchlist on Mosaic and for some reason the fin instrument column has gone grey. I have attached a snapshot. I have a paid account and all my data subscriptions are current.

I have two questions:

1 why has it gone grey, earlier it was fine.right now it's 10pm CST if that matters

2 where in the documentation could I find this behavior described.
