Multicharts. If you're on minute or daily bars then to StrategyRunner and Strategyxchange.com.

Multicharts is industry standard easylanguage, with a portfolio simulator. You can't do development without backtested portfolios, and if you're even so inclined or knowledgeable, backtested portfolios using efficient frontier analysis.

Well i must go now. It has been a pleasure.

I hope that i have not exceeded with "vinegar" vs "honey", while
trying to make my point, and the "good" of IB.

And, if it was perceived so, <b>I do sincerely apologize</b>.
