IB users using ib feed: Which time server do you sync your computer to

I am having difficult finding a time server match the time server IB (exchange) uses. The time server I use (tick.usno.navy.mil - Navy Master clock) is faster by 1.5 seconds. This 1.5 seconds cause chart out of sych. I am a discretionary trader (using time base chart) and this is a big deal. It could mean a good/bad entry or exit.

I use Ninjatrader, and for whatever reason they don't time stamp incoming data from IB, but Ninja does timestamp incoming Zenfire feed.

Can IB users who use IB feed, who also trade on time base, give me time server that match IB/exchange time?

I use time.windows.com or time.nist.gov
but it is still out of sync with IB time server sometimes. I do not know why. May be IB does not configure its time server right.
