First all accounts will eventually be moved to Universal. Thus if you're not in a rush, there is nothing to do.

Second, if you want the swap (I would do it if you're considering trading SSF's), go to the account login, choose upgrade, then if you want access to more markets, go through the check list. If you don't request access for additional markets, I don' think there is anything for you to do.
