IB unbundled pricing - volume discounts

Hello,

I got a question. Are the marginal discounts on volume on a per-country basis or it's overall?

e.g. if I made 300 US trades, then made 300 HK trades, do I get a discount on the HK trades?

I think it goes by total volume and not individual.
