IB TWS News scanners are not working?

In the Mosaic scanners there are two News fields that can be added to any scanner configuration:
1. Net Social Sentiment (Net Social) This one is used in the default News scanner.
2. Social Sentiment Activity (Gross Social)

The issue is, since the end of last week (2017_10_19), neither of these two news elements are returning numbers. All fields instead return Zeros.

Can anyone please confirm this? I've opened a ticket with IB and haven't yet received a response. (I'm using TWS version 960.2g to remain compliant with NT8 charting and it occurs with both Paper Trading and Live Account) Thx.

Thanks for the reply and the screenshots. The News is working for me as well and I see rankings of news items. I'm referring to the the Mosaic market Scanner section which show-up as tabs in the Monitor window. Within this scanner customization(Edit Scanner or add a scanner), there are two News fields that are available to be added to any scanner. They basically scan the stocks and sort them by news. Since the end of last week, these have NOT been returning results other than Zero. Thanks.

EDIT: I apologize. I'm not referring to the News window. In my original post, I mentioned the default News scanner(screener). Sorry to have confused you. It's been so long, I couldn't remember if that was a preconfigured mosaic market scanner (like US Movers) or not.. I guess I added it myself.

Maybe I will not be able to help you as I do not use those features and actually I do not use Mosaic but that scanning window is the same in both Mosaic and TWS classic. In Mosaic, I selected those two filters that you mentioned and I set the filter to greater to 2 but the result came as zero as all those Social ..... filters are zero. I do not know whether they should be zero or not. Sorry that I could not help more.
 
Thanks so much for the reply. Yes, I'd say 95% return a Zero around trading hours but the stocks that are in the news show-up as a positive or neg number. If you see all zeros(you can sort the column so the high/low numbers come to the top) then there's probably an issue with the system. I set my News fields/filters from -10 to 10. Thanks SO much for your help!
