IB TWS is getting Ridiculously slow

TWS (most of it) is downloaded to your computer every time you run it, unless you use the "installed" version.

So it still runs on your machine and needs a good java install.

There has been nothing wrong with the IB websites all day, that I have seen.

Try clearing your java cache.

Yes, you were right, in the Java application cache viewer I found the TWS application that run. I saw closing prices...
